Tufts Medical Center is proud to offer the community a COVID-19 vaccine, in partnership with the City of Boston, according to the current State of Massachusetts and CDC regulations. We welcome walk-ins at our locations anytime from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday- Friday.
For your visit, please bring:
- Identification card (if able)
- CDC COVID-19 vaccine card if seeking a booster or third dose
- Health Insurance information (if able)
Tufts Medical Center’s COVID-19 Testing, Vaccine & Booster Clinic
Location: 276 Tremont St., Boston, MA
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Testing Only.
Please note that due to high volume, we may not be able to accommodate all those in line at the end of day.
- All three FDA authorized vaccines are available at no cost to you: Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson/ Janssen.
- Eligible individuals can receive the vaccine primary series, third dose or booster dose.
- Adults 18+ who have had their second shot at least 5 months ago for the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, or received their Johnson & Johnson/ Janssen vaccine at least 2 months ago, are eligible for a booster.
- All adolescents ages 12 and 17 are able to receive the Pfizer COVID booster, if they are at least 5 months post their initial Pfizer vaccination series
- The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine primary series for children ages 5 to 11 years of age has been authorized by the FDA and recommended by the CDC for use to prevent COVID-19 infection. The vaccine is administered as a two-dose primary series, three weeks apart. It is a lower dose (0.2mL) than that offered to individuals 12 years of age and older.

- Accessibility: The vaccination site is wheelchair accessible and staff are available to assist with wheelchair access. We have wheelchairs onsite for use.
- Public Transportation: Our vaccination location is accessible by the MBTA Orange Line, “Tufts Medical Center” stop and the Green Line, “Boylston St” stop. Additionally, by bus 11 or the Silver Line to “Washington St at Tufts Med Ctr” stop and bus 43 to “285 Tremont Street” stop. For more options please visit mbta.com.
